Terms & Conditions
Terms & Conditions
The conditions that apply to our quotations, bookings and shipping services.
Website information
- Information on this website, including services, ports and routes, is provided for general reference. Service availability on any lane is confirmed in writing with each quotation.
- Tracking information reflects milestones recorded by our operations team and is not a live carrier feed. It should not be relied on as the sole basis for time-critical decisions.
Quotations and validity
- Quotations are estimates based on the details you submit and remain subject to space, equipment availability, carrier tariffs and verification of cargo particulars.
- A quotation applies only to the lane, cargo and services described in it, and remains valid for the period stated on the quotation.
- Charges not listed in the quotation — such as customs duties, government taxes, insurance or storage — are not included.
Booking and confirmation
- A booking is considered confirmed only after written confirmation from our team.
- Cut-off times for documents, cargo delivery and container return are advised per booking and must be respected.
Cargo details and documents
- By submitting a request you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to share any documents uploaded.
- Incorrect weight, description or documentation may lead to additional charges, delays or refusal of carriage.
Restricted and dangerous goods
- Prohibited, restricted or dangerous goods must be declared in advance and are accepted only with prior written approval and the required documentation.
- Undeclared dangerous cargo may be refused or discharged, and any resulting costs are borne by the customer.
Payment and charges
- Payment terms are stated on the quotation or invoice and must be settled before release of cargo or documents unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Charges arising after booking — such as port, terminal or third-party fees — are passed on as incurred.
Delays and events outside our control
- Transit times are estimates. Weather, port congestion, carrier schedule changes, inspections and regulatory decisions may affect them.
- We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Liability and insurance
- Carriage is subject to the terms of the carrier's bill of lading and applicable law.
- Cargo insurance is not included by default. We recommend arranging suitable cover for every shipment.
Storage, demurrage and detention
- Storage, demurrage and detention charges applied by the port or carrier are the responsibility of the customer when caused by delays on the customer's side.
Cancellation
- Cancellation requests must be sent in writing. Costs already incurred with carriers, ports or third parties remain payable.
